Submit your order step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to successfully submit your campaign and complete any necessary actions. It is important to remember that the entire group order must still be submitted even if all orders have been paid. Submitting the group order will prompt us to receive and print your actual order slip which will then be forwarded to the warehouse for packing and shipping.

  1. When the campaign deadline has arrived or when you are ready to submit, click [Submit Now] to proceed.
  2. If you have any pending orders, you will be prompted to take action. You can choose to:
    • Cancel the pending order and proceed without it.
    • Pay for the order, in which case you will be redirected to the checkout page to complete the payment.
  3. Once your campaign has been successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation on your dashboard and receive a confirmation notification on your email.
    • Ensure you keep this confirmation for your records.
  4. If your campaign qualifies for a bonus, follow the steps provided to add your e-transfer information to receive the bonus.
    • Ensure all required details are correctly entered to avoid delays in processing your bonus.
