Starting a Group
Ready to launch your Purdys Group savings? Follow these simple steps to become a Group coordinator and get your campaign up and running.
1. Create Your Group
Visit group.purdys.com and click Create a Campaign. A pop-up will appear where you start by entering your Group Name your organization’s details. You can either: Select an existing organization from the dropdown, or Click Create a New Organization and provide:
- Organization Name
- Phone Number
- Address (Line 1 & 2, City, Province, Postal Code)
Click Go to Group Setup to continue.
2. Group Details
You'll be taken to your dashboard to complete your campaign setup. Before you can launch, make sure to confirm Group Information. Add a personal touch to help your Group stand out:
- Campaign Name - Use a clear and recognizable name, so members know who they're helping.
- Description - Briefly share your story. Let people know what you're Group for and why it matters.
- Photos & Logo - Upload a group logo or image to personalize your page.
- A well-crafted Group page can build trust and boost participation!
Step 1 of 2: Confirm Your Group Delivery Address
You must confirm who will be receiving the orders and choose one of the following options:
- Add a delivery address: Enter the address where you'd like the orders sent.
- Pick up at the warehouse: Provide details for who will collect the orders at the provided address.
- Members pick-up address: If members are picking up their orders somewhere else different than the Delivery Address, enter that address and any special instructions.
Step 2 of 2: Choose Your Group Delivery Window
Select your campaign submission date. The system will automatically calculate the earliest available delivery window, considering processing time, shipping, and holidays.
Prefer a later delivery date? Click Edit to choose another available window. The submission date will update automatically to match.
Finalizing & Launching Your Group Campaign.
Before launching, you’ll need to:
- Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Check your Pre-Launch Summary.
- Click Launch Group Now to go live, or
- Click No, I want to make changes to the above to go back and edit.
Once you’ve launched, your group savings will be live and ready to share!
Edit Information: If you need to edit your Group savings information and details after your Group savings is launched, you can simply click on [Edit] and Group savings you can modify whatever is necessary. To save the changes, make sure you click “Save Changes”
Preview your Group savings - You can preview how your campaign looks like for your Supporters by clicking “Preview as a Member”. This is the same screen that your Supporters see and access. It has limited functions. To exit preview and return to your coordinator view, click on “exit preview”
