We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 global situation and are making every effort to take precautionary steps in our retail shops, factory kitchen and fulfillment centre to prioritize everyone’s safety and product quality.

Is my order safe from contamination?

Yes, your order is safe. We’re closely following the guidance of government and health authorities and we’ve taken further precautionary steps in our Factory Kitchen and fulfillment centre, including increased frequency of regular cleaning and sanitation.

How will the order be delivered?

We rely on trusted courier partners to deliver our customer orders. We follow their guidelines in ensuring our customers and their delivery drivers are safe. The drivers have been instructed to have limited customer contact which means they will not come inside your home/office/school to deliver the order. However, they require an adult there to accept the order as they will need a first name and last name to release the order.

Can the delivery driver call me before the order is delivered?

Unfortunately drivers aren’t equipped with cell phones and are unable to call before delivering.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you haven’t submitted your campaign, you can change your delivery address online through the online dashboard.

My order has already shipped, can I cancel the order and get a refund?

Once orders have left our warehouse, we’re unable to cancel your order as it has already been shipped and is on its way to you.

My order has arrived and there are products missing or damaged, how can these items be replaced?

Please give us a call at 1-888-478-7397 and one of our agents can help with your order. At this time, we are only shipping replacements via our fulfillment centre and aren’t offering shop pickups.

How come I’m not getting my free box of chocolates this year?

We won’t be sending out a complementary box of chocolates this year due to limited staffing, reduced hours and safety precautions. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I get my order wrapped?

Unfortunately, due to COVID19 measures and our efforts to keep our teams and customers safe, we have suspended our wrapping services to reduce the amount of contact and handling of our products. Your orders will be delivered with our regular retail packaging.
